Community Rules:
● All entries are moderated to assure that only community appropriate posts are submitted.
● Any images of the recipes posted must be of your own creation, meaning no stock images are allowed unless it is to illustrate specific tools that may be needed.
● All entries should use appropriate tags. If there are no available tags that suit your entry, then use the '!request a tag' option and one or more may be created. This includes any 'chef' author tags.
● LJ cuts must be used. Only 3 ingredients may be visible outside a cut tag, the rest underneath. Recipe instructions must be under cut tags.

I was looking for something different and simple for a stuffing for Thanksgiving. Not everyone eats it so I'll likely scale it back by half without doing the muffin thing.

Pumpkin Ravioli
Planned combination uses pumpkin pasta recipe #2, with pumpkin ravioli filling with the ricotta mixture.

Dessert
Because of all the other cooking, I'm planning on making a pumpkin pie or two with the fresh pumpkin we have. I have a cheesecake on order coming in from a coworker's kid's school fundraiser. We are also considering getting another latice apple pie from Sam's Club as the one we got last week was kick ass!
